The Hannibal Free Clinic is a local mission offering free, non-emergency, scheduled primary health care for uninsured, low income adults age 18 – 65. We are located at 160 Progress Road in Hannibal.
HOW TO GET SERVICES
Using the Hannibal Free Clinic is easy. First, see below if you are eligible to receive services. Secondly, fill out a patient application form and we can help you take it from there.
